Return and Refund Policy

At OMG Coffee, we are committed to providing exceptional service and premium products. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns and refunds applicable to our coffee truck services and online orders of desserts, coffee, and waffles. This policy complies with legal requirements in the state of Massachusetts.
1. Refunds for Event Bookings
1.1 Cancellations by the Customer:
• 30 days or more prior to the event date: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• 14–29 days prior to the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 14 days prior to the event date: Non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies).
1.2 Cancellations by OMG Coffee:
If OMG Coffee cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
2. Refunds for Online Orders
2.1 Order Pickup:
• Online orders for desserts, coffee, and waffles are available for pickup 30 minutes or later from the time of order placement.
• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
2.2 Order Adjustments or Cancellations:
• Adjustments to online orders can be requested up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made 1 hour or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
2.3 No-Show Policy:
If you fail to pick up your order and do not notify us in advance, the order will be deemed forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
3. Product Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product you receive, please follow these steps:
• Notify us within 24 hours of pickup with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product.
• Based on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
The following items are non-refundable:
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
• Customized or personalized products (e.g., branded cups, customized menus).
• Partially consumed food or beverages.
• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
5. Force Majeure
OMG Coffee is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the service or provide a partial refund, as appropriate.
